Dreams - Hull

The staff were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them. Our particular assistant (Dan from Hull) was very knowledgable and friendly. Will definitely return to hull when replacing other beds in the future.

I received excellent customer service and was over all highly satisfied with the way the shop assistant helped me choose the right bed for me he even helped me look at the right mattresses to suit my comfort and brought over a suitable pillow for me to test ! Over all my experience was great as I am a very nervous person I felt great and happy about my purchase !!

Manager was very helpful, polite, funny Compared this store with others around the area, much preferred the layout of the mattresses... Made it so much easier to pick one out!

We where unsure as to Whitchurch mattress would be best for our needs but the assistant was a fantastic help ad icing us which one would be best

The service we got from PAUL was exceptional his knowledge and advice was invaluable and helped us make the right decision on what bed to purchase. The store was clean friendly and at no point did I feel pressured or annoyed.

We couldn't fault our visit to Dreams. Paul dealt with our questions and order and he was brilliant. Very easy to chat to and didn't push any products on us. We chatted to some of the other staff there and they were all helpful. Drinks were provided and staff talked to our 2 year old and didn't ignore him. Definitely would recommend

We were highly satisfied because we could browse and try the products,then when we asked for some info there were very good and really helpful (Paul) then when we ordered it was done really quick and we was offered a cup of tea or coffee,which we thought was excellent .
