Dreams - Hull

We went in to look at one of your beds , and in the end ended up buying it there and then. Sales staff were very knowledgeable about the bed we had our eye on and he could not have been more helpful. The only snag was we went the day after boxing day and you only had 2 computers on the go , so they was a bit of a wait. Tony

All staff were extremely helpful, they let us use the tape measure as we had an issue with space at home. they made us coffee and let myself and my daughter use the toilets. Overall we were very happy with our purchase and feel that we were given some very good advice.

This is my second visit to the store. I wouldn't have returned if I hadn't been happy. Both Donna and Jo spent a lot of time explaining the products to me. Both staff were friendly, knowledgeable and professional and all my queries were answered to my satisfaction. Thank you Dreams, I can't wait to receive my new purchase.

I found the service from Jo the assistant invaluable. She listened to my requirements and was able to make suggestions and show me the appropriate products so that I could make an informed choice. At the same time I did not feel pressured just looked after by someone with more knowledge than I had. She was great and her attitude and knowledge secured the sale. I highly commend her knowledge and sales style.

The assistants left me to browse then when I needed assistance they were very helpful which made my visit very comfortable. They had good knowledge, were very polite & helpful.

The staff were very helpfully and friendly and gave us a drink while we were completing documentation.
