I did not no they were so many different types of mattresses available, the shop assistant took time to explain each and everyone and helped me choose one specific to myself. I was very happy with my choice ☺

Made very simple, a lot of options given to us, very helpful and didn't feel pressured at all. Very good all round.

Staff in the store were friendly and helpful. They made it easy to subsequently phone up and place an order.

Very friendly,helpful but not too intrusive staff they helped me get my bed quickly as my old one had broke,they was very helpful in finding me a bed even though my budget wasn't too big,and I love my new bed thanks a lot :)

The store manager,Paul, dealt with us. He was very helpful and efficient and more importantly, was not pushy.

The customer service was excellent and Joanne took time to listen to our needs and advise us, yet added no pressure and left us to try beds and decide in our own time, whilst always being available to guide us if required. The range of available beds to try were excellent and arranged well in relation to price and style (of mattress type), which made navigation easy.

The sales assistant called Jo who helped us was amazing. She was very helpful, informative but wasn't pushy or persistent which made the whole process perfect. She was very attentive and made sure we had all the product information to make an informed decision. She was excellent and a pleasure to deal with.

Great fast service

When I first entered the hull store I was pushing my little girl in her push chair, we were greeted straight away by a lady called Donna and her co worker, Donna adapted herself to mine and my daughters needs involving my little girl in discussions - which really helped me look around for a bed!! I was also very very very appreciative of the extra service Donna and the staff delivered at their store, for example my daughter needed to use the toilet and with the nearest one being a car drive away it would have caused me great inconvenience, however the staff allowed us and encouraged we used their toilet (which I am very greatful for) Donna explained all mattress types to me and suggested the best one for my bad back. Donna and her colleagues allowed me time to look around, but stayed close in case I had any questions. Donna and her colleagues also found me the best deal which I am very greatful for. The customer service and bed shopping experience I had was of the highest standard and al staff went above and beyond to help me and my daughter. A huge credit to your company,
