Dreams - Hull

We were totally satified with our purchases and experience at our visit .The staff member was very helpfull and polite. We were buying for our children , they loved the beds and mattrasses and extras we purchased ,and we know the quality of products we bought will last them for many years to come and importantly all with a good nights sleep.

The staff advised me and I ended up ordering what I wanted in good time. The store was spacious and well laid out

Our assistant, Paul, greeted us shortly after our entrance but not make us feel pressurised. He checked up on our progress at regular intervals again in a non-pressuring manner. At the time of sale he made us aware of other products he could offer us at discount; we had not even thought about our need for these products so this was very valuable. Over the experience was delightful.

The lady who assisted us on our choice was full of knowledge and information regarding many aspects of type of fabrics, how they were constructed, introducing us to different variations of bases of which we hadn't previously considered, the firmness of mattresses, and what type would be suitable in keeping us cool, which was our prime reason for a visit. We had been in various other stores that day, and had found our visit to Dreams on that day, more than satisfying. Good quality at a reasonable price, a knowledgeable salesperson, and providing the bed arrives as arranged (already had a text message to confirm) will be a happy customer, with the knowledge that if the mattress doesn't suit, could maybe change within 40 days.

The member of staff who assisted us made the experience pleasant. No pressure selling but a friendly approach and we were given space to make our minds up. A much better buying experience, and we left the store in high spirits. Well done Dreams! we will use you again.

Jo our assistant in the hull store was fantastic. Established our needs straight away and directed us to the beds we wanted. Then gave us time we needed to try them out.

The staff were extremely helpful and offered good information about the products in store. I felt comfortable in looking around the store and did not feel pressured into buying anything.
