All the staff were all knowledgeable and friendly we were served by Paul and donna

Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable of the products. Customer service was excellent and was not pressured in any way, it was fun trying all the beds! Through Paul's guidance we were able to determine which mattress was best for us. Left the store thoroughly satisfied.

Very friendly staff not over the top and interested in us as people not just customers.

We had poor service from John Lewis and found that Dreams also had the Tempur range, and Dreams had a better range of beds and mattresses than JL and Jo was helpful and not overly pushy and a good level of service.

The sales assistant was extremely helpful and dealt quickly with my sale.

The assistant Jo was both knowledgeable about the beds on offer & able to assist us fully in helping us make our decision.

New nervous assistant did well and was expertly helped by experienced colleague. Gave her time and encouraged her. He also got us the best offer he could.
