The store at st Andrews quay in hull was easy to find and Donner looked after us very well. Fabulous thank you xx

We were greeted when we entered the store and asked if we needed assistance, we then had everything explained and were then given time to explore the options within our range. We were never pressurised but always had assistance available when we needed it. We spent the evening discussing the products, narrowed it down to a couple of options whereby we returned to the store to be treated extremely professionally and again given time to talk through the options. We made our purchase and feel highly satisfied with our experience

A pleasant experience. No pressure to buy.

I took my parents to the store to see about trying and purchasing an adjustable bed. The sales assistant was very friendly and put my parents at ease. He had a good amount of knowledge and explained how the beds worked and the different mattresses suitable. My parents were given the opportunity to try the beds and mattresses and although they eventually chose a Tempur bed and mattresses, which was the more expensive option I did not feel this had been pushed onto them. Delivery, insurance and price breakdown were all explained clearly. They left the store happy with their choice and the customer service they had received.

We were severed by Paul. He was very friendly. He was not pushy and helped us decide what bed and mattress we needed. The other lady college was also very helpful and friendly.

The staff were helpful and friendly. Jo left us alone to make our choice but was there when we had any questions.

Our needs were listened too and we were directed to the right products. Left alone to decide and not pestered. Which is a big thing. Knowledge of staff. Dry high. And we were listened too.

The salesperson was very helpful . He spent sometime with us explaining and showing us mattresses and beds. He was friendly and knowledgable and gave us time to look around and decide. We did not feel pressurised to buy.
