Jo was great - calm, friendly, knowledgeable about the products and understanding our needs, polite, professional and efficient. She is an excellent ambassador and advocate for your business.

Upon arrival we were greeted and asked if they could assist us with our enquiry. After discussing the needs and reason for our visit the member of staff showed us some available products in varying qualities to help us to make a decision. The experience the advisor "Dave" and "Jess" was above and beyond the expected level we thought would be available. All options for payment and terms were discussed and attempted to assist us as a new family. We would recommend this store and its staff to all family and friends looking to purchase any new bed or mattress.

The lady that dealt with us was very cheerful and knowledgable she allowed us time to browse but was on hand when we needed her

When i arrived at the store looking to purchase my first bed I was greeted by Paul saying hello and asking if I was okay and If I needed any help. I told him I had seen a bed online and I pointed it out, he was very helpful and made me feel comfortable asking me the sizeI wanted, told me the prices and when I could have it. Paul was very nice laughing and joking with me, he was very polite and very helpful. He also was very friendly asking about my new born little girl. If ever I need anything such as a bed or mattress I would very much come to dreams again and would definitely like to purchase from Paul again. As I'm a young mum he helped me by giving me a discount on my delivery cost and was very lovely. Paul also was speaking to my mum who was with me about her experience in the army as both my mum and Paul was in the forces. Thank you to Paul once again!!
