When I walked into the store, one of the salesmen greeted me and then let me look around without feeling pressured or pestered while I walked around the beds. Once I had looked enough and decided to ask for some information, salesman 'Dave' keenly noticed I had an expression of interest and came over to help. I threw a lot of random technical questions at him and was please to find he knew what he was talking about and even explained with examples. I experienced the Tempur demo video and then decided to buy a Tempur pillow to show the misses at home and try to convince her the extra cost is well worth it. Will definitely be coming back into the Hull store to buy a new bed with 'Dave' if he is available as soon as we have saved up enough pennies to get the full works :D. paul the salesman was very helpful, then gave us space to look for ourselves, without without pressure, to decide what was right for us, also took the time to show us how to work the item we we were interested in.

Absolutely amazing staff. they were so friendly and helpful. went in to price up for a new mattress thinking it would be out of our price range and come out with the bed of our dreams and an amazing mattress at an outstanding price. David, the member of staff that helped us, talked us through all our options and helped us find the mattress we wanted with the right support for us. very very impressed with our service at the store and will be sharing our experience with our friends and family. we were shown a few different options according to our preferences and also shown the tempur pillows, which, in my opinion are amazing, never thought I would get one but with the mattress we bought I could not refuse. it will be like sinking into a marshmallow at night. cant wait for the bed and mattress to arrive. very surprised at the cover you could add onto our items and very happy that it includes pet damage,we have both a cat and a dog so this is very useful both to us and a lot of our family as they all have animals in their home too felt completely relaxed and was not rushed in the slightest, which is always good as in some stores ou feel as if they are pushing to a sale and not valued

From entering the store to leaving we were looked after, we were not perstered but received assistance when requested and given time and space to discuss between ourselves if the purchase was right for us

The salesman didn't hassle or badger us. Neither did he try to steer us towards a particular product. He gave us advice when we asked him then left us to look around at our leisure. As it happened we purchased a "premium" product which was quite expensive but it was entirely our own choice based on how we rated the product for our own needs on advice from the salesman. An excellent service with a great choice of products. A pleasant experience.

on entering the store the assistant dan, was with us within seconds we told him what sort of bed we were looking for. he explaind and shown us to the range of beds whitch would suit our needs overall everthing ok

Dan was most helpful explaining different mattress and bed types to us. He was friendly but not overly familiar, and progressed our order. The staff let us browse but made us aware of offers/availability and answered questions we put to them. They obviously enjoy working there and it comes across in their customer service. The only thing to improve would be straightening out the pillows and foot mats on the beds which were wrinkled on quite a few beds but then again they may have been too busy with customers to do that before we arrived. However, the shop was clean and tidy and a pleasant experience.
