David who served me was absolutely fantastic! I had gone in store after having the most awful of times at the near by bensons for beds. All I wanted was a mattress. Thats exactly what I got. I'd looked on Dreams website and there was one I'd seen that I really wanted, I showed Dave the mattress and was informed that in store they didn't have it however there were alternatives which he showed me which I was impressed with. I still wanted the one I'd seen online and instead of me having to go home to order it he helped me make my purchase in store. This was lovely and completely hassle free. I would highly recommend Dreams to everyone. *If you're reading this Dave, Thank Maureen at Bensons for beds for her disgusting attitude which meant I walked into Dreams instead.*

We was highly satisfied with the whole experience of coming to the shop , not only was we well looked after as we had our 3 children with us they were very kind with them too.the service we got there was excellent it was a pleasure for us to have shopped there the young girl who was helping us was very helpful Jess her name is she was lovely I was dreading shopping with the children as it always takes time to choose a bed but they was all really good and considering how long we was in the shop Jess was brilliant .We ended up buying a lovely bed and can't wait to get it , just want to say thankyou to all at the shop especially Jess who was an amazing help .

The sales assistant was highly knowledgeable, he didn't try to get to get us to buy the most expensive mattress. He guided us along the mattress types and we stumbled across the comfiest one for us. Very helpful.
