Staff very friendly, highly knowledgeable, kind and caring. We was offered refreshments and a discount. We went to over 20 places over 2 week period and dreams were the best customer service that we recieved

The assistant was very friendly and clearly knew what he was talking about when questions were asked. He was enthusiastic and did not make us feel pushed into a purchase. various phone conversations were made throughout the day which he was fine with and even though we had felt like we were being annoying he did not make us feel that way
