We were greeted with friendly acknowledgement and asked what we were looking for, we were directed to what we'd asked and left to browse but was told to just ask if we needed anything else, which is what we like, no pressure or feeling of being hassled, Craig was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble, he's a credit to the store at St Andrews Hill.

Very helpful and friendly assistance by Craig, who moved mattresses around etc to accommodate all my needs. Knowledgeable about the products too. Thank you so much.

James was very knowledgable and helpful, did not rush us, took his time to explain and left us to discuss in private

I requested to see a specific type of mattress, I was shown various models and was left to try them with no pressure from the salesman

Very efficient and quick service

We came in with a strong idea of which Bed we wanted. We were unfortunate not to find it in the colour we desired but seeing the model in person influenced our decision on the size of TV we went with in the end. Staff were very helpful and accommodating whilst also not making us feel like we needed spend more or less than we wanted. Very happy.

We were greeted to the store. Think it was Craig the person who served us. He made the ease of finding the right bed and mattress for us, so very easy. He answered all our questions, did everything he could to meet our needs. As we only went in to inquire in the first place, it was the professional and courteous attention that impressed us, and the quality of the beds and mattresses which changed our inquiry to actually buying the beds we needed.

Order paid then another person from the store went on Oder to change something and lost the delivery date for date I arranged anything to be moved now have to wait longer and mess about getting someone to help me at a later date was not the person who served me that did this
