Spacious store with plenty of choice of mattresses - grading the mattresses by standard and price which was clearly visible. Staff very helpful and cheerful. Value for money was the reason for my purchase today.

They were very helpful and friendly sales people nothing too much for them and most of all the price was right for the quality a top of the range firm eg sealy geoff geldard

We are first time buyers and just thought a bed was a bed but they explained all the different types and types of matresses. They help us alot to find the specific bed for us.

Visited several furniture stores, Dreams provided by far the best service. Jo and Dave at the Hull store were informative without being pushy, and allowed us to purchase the correct goods. Excellent

Lovely friendly young man who served us. Showed us where the beds were that we were interested in. Left us a little while to browse, then came over to see if we were ok. He answered all our questions knowledgeably. We made our choice, then the paperwork was minimal and took only a short time to complete.

The whole experience was perfect the sales assistant (Dan) was the perfect host, not at all pushy like some places, his knowledge was impressive, he took time to explain all the different mattresses to us and he let us take our time testing them out, he even picked out ones that were specific to our requirements. Neither myself or my husband had much knowledge of mattresses but we came away knowing much more. He gave us time and space to decide what we wanted, and once we had decided he explained in depth the whole ordering and delivery process as well. So glad we chose dreams for our purchase.
