Because of the staff being helpful and friendly, with good knowledge of their products, which are good value for money.

The chap who assisted us (Dave) was highly knowledgeable and friendly. He allowed us to browse first before asking if we needed help. Being jumped on as soon as you walk through the door always puts me off. I made it clear from the off that we only required a bed frame, not a mattress and he did not try to force a sale on me, which was appreciated. We spent quite a bit of time discussing different options, prices and colours and Dave remained patient and polite the whole time. Dave explained the payment process, the extended guarantee (which I took out) clearly so nothing was lost in translation. He also double checked we understood the delivery process ie the call in the morning to confirm a time and everything he said would happen, happened. Making this experience a stress free experience. I will be going back to dreams, and that particular store, when we eventually need another mattress. We went to my mother's afterwards for Sunday dinner and I told her about the great experience The range of products and prices were particularly impressive and I have no doubt that we would have found something had we not picked and fell in love with the first bed we laid eyes on.

I thought the service we received from the staff at the Hull St Andrews Quay store (Joanne in particular) was excellent. They were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the mattresses that we were looking at. We were not pressurised to make a purchase, the staff approached, gave advice and made suggestions/recommendations then gave us space to make decisions on our preferred product. We felt more than comfortable with taking our time browsing and testing the different mattresses available.

I WAS ABLE TO PURCHASE EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED AT A COMPETITIVE PRICE AND WAS SERVED VERY ABLY BY PAUL AND DAN IN STORE AND PROMPTLY WITH GREAT COURTESY AND PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE.

I needed assistance with what type of mattress to purchase for my bed, I have a bad back and I am getting on a bit!! Paul my sales assistant was very helpful and made it a pleasure to buy my new mattress. I also needed a spare bed/mattress for when my daughter comes to stay and another mattress for my granddaughter, Paul was very helpful and advised me what to buy. I purchased my son's bed last year from Dreams in Hull and the service was excellent, I would not buy a bed from anywhere else. My daughter is going to go to a Dreams shop where she lives in Lancashire to buy her new beds. Excellent service, thank you so much as it is hard to choose from your amazing range of beds.

Could not ask for better service. Staff where very helpful and informative. We where very please with the amount time taken by Dave to insure we got the right mattress for us. Would strongly recommend dreams to friends and family.
