Great service took time to get the products I needed they did not rush me at all and even got a cuppa you can't Ask for more than that Paul I believe was the person that served me what a nice polite man I which all retail managers were this good well done

The sales assistant Joanne was friendly and helpful and helped us o find the right pillow for our needs.

Joanne was excellent! our daughter was not being very helpfull so Joanne took her into a room with adjustable beds and a tv screen to relax so we could choose the bed we wanted without Olivia having to follow us around the store. We ended up choosing pillows and quilts as we did not feel pressured into the sale. We had been to another bed store before but left without pruchasing due to their poor customer service and unwillingness to even speak to our daughter.

All the staff were very helpful. We were not pressurised at any time. We were allowed to try several beds with no harrisment from staff . Consequently we returned the next day and purchased a bed. Overall a pleasant experience. One member of staff we found very good and helpful considering she was new to the store I believe that week. Thank you

Was a new member of staff who served us ah the Hull branch on St Andrews Quay but she was very polite and educated for someone who has not worked there for very long. She took on board what we wanted and showed us exactly how to get this. Think we could of probably got better discount but as she was new to the job we didn't want to ask and she didn't quite know what she could offer us in terms of discount. But all in all she was brilliant.

Sales assistants knowledge very good and helpful. Could spend as long as we liked choosing our product.
