My daughter bought a new bed from dreams which I liked very much so I decided to buy one. We were met on arrival by a young man called Daniel who asked us if we needed any help. I already knew which bed I wanted so I didn't. Daniel took me through the paperwork and offered some discounted bedding which we took advantage of. Overall it was a very pleasant experience we engaged in friendly banter with Daniel and the store manager, there was no hard sell but we ended up buying the extra items. Congratulations Dreams, your staff made the parting of £800 a rather pleasant experience and I would have no hesitation in recommending the Hull branch of Dreams to all my family and friends.

Dealt with by the store manager because they were busy and a salesman had gone sick,was`nt pushy with us and gave us plenty of time to make up our minds and he also had a good knowledge of the product.Very impressed and pleased with our visit having previously been in Bensons and John Lewis in York.

Both the manager, Paul and the assistant, Dan were incredibly helpful. Dan listened carefully to what we needed and very quickly managed to get our choice of bed down to four. He was very concerned to get us the right bed - and pillow - and he did. Both Paul and Dan were utterly professional and I loved the way they had "dressed" the beds in the store. It was a highly enjoyable visit even if we did spend more than we thought we would have to. I would certainly recommend your Hull store to anyone.

An assistant immediately asked if I needed any help and then proceeded to show me the range of pillows, asking if i wanted to try them out. The assistant was extremely helpful and informative and asked me if I would be interested in looking at Tempur mattresses and told me of a free gift of a Tempur travel pillow if I took the Tempur challenge.

We visited the store a week earlier and were unsure of or bed size although we knew it had a double size mattress on it. on that visit Dave attended to us he was very knowledgeable and was extremely patient and helpful in or quest to finding the right mattress. We left the store with the intention the get our bed measured so we could purchase the correct one. We returned a week later Dave was again in store and remembered us from the week earlier, he was again extremely helpful and patient and did not pressure us into making any decisions, we did purchase a mattress and are very impressed by his level of customer service and the product which we bought. He was an extremely helpful and friendly member of staff and would highly recommend a visit to the St Andrews Quay Hull branch.

The customer service and care I recieved when visiting the store on St Andrews Quay was second to none! I felt very welcome and the young man who helped me made it very easy to chose a mattress. He was very knowledgable and gave excellent advice, in fact all the staff were brilliant! Will definatley do business at the store again and will tell friends and family to visit also. By far the best customer service experience I have had in a very long time, didn't feel pushed into anything at all.

Jess (dreams staff member) was very polite, smart & helpful. She didn't hound us or push us somewhere we didn't want to go. She was very helpful. Left us alone when we was browsing but helped us when we needed it or asked for it. If she wasn't sure of something we asked she asked a colleague & found out the correct information which was reassuring that we was getting the correct info. Dealing with Jess was a Pleasure.
