Was greeted with respect showed interest in what I was asking dan was very knowledgeable about the product and answered all my questions.

When you buy a car you'd like to afford the best, maybe a Rolls Royce. When you buy a Bed it's the same, today we got our "Rolls Royce". Dan and Dave, in the store, were/are both Brilliant and really looked after us, nothing was too much trouble and advice was actively given and gratefully accepted. On entering the store, we were given adequate time to browse at our own lesiure, before a sales assistant (Craig) came to offer help. He took the time to understand our individual needs, we wanted a king size bed, he was informative & attentive, overall a good experience in the Hull store.

Needed a bed quickly for visiting family for a funeral. Staff new what was available at short notice and found an ex display mattress when a new one wasn't in stock.
