We had previously visited the store and more or less decided on our purchase. (We were waiting our moving date.) On revisiting - the assistant was helpful and attentive BUT not intrusive. We ended up ordering the bed frames already chosen but with more information chose mattresses which were more suitable for our age and comfort! We ended up spending much more money than we planned. However we are very pleased with our purchases and feel that we have the best buy!
