I was satisfied

Was told could not price match despite the signage saying you do. I found the same product on line. But was told because Dreams do their own Topper the items were not like for like. Well then how will you ever price match?

The options were limited in design, quality, and choice of colour. What we liked were not available for 2-3 months.

Thought there would be more items in the sale

Purely because we couldn't get a delivery date

The salesman was very knowledgeable and verbally gave a great deal of information. We made the order and took out an 8 year extended warrenty on the mattress. When reviewing the paperwork the next day there was no mention of the terms of this warrenty and we had to ring the shop then find the information on the web site for ourselves. Found this rather frustrating and dusconcerting.
