The assistant was friendly however we did not appreciate his attitude when making comments to his colleagues that he 'couldn't believe we were not purchasing any extras' he made reference to the extra insurance and pillows. We just found this highly inappropriate. Having recently purchased our first house we have had many large expensive purchases therefore we were somewhat made to feel our purchase was disappointing. I understand there are likely sales targets but the comments should have not been made infront of us, the customer. Overall service was good and we obviously wouldn't have purchased the mattress if we weren't sure it was the right one after also visiting a couple of other shops.

Once we were 'assigned' the mattress type most suitable for us, we had to keep moving around the shop to try them which made it difficult and long winded to compare each model and narrow the search down, although Craig was keeping a 'distant' eye on us to give directions and advice

I was very satisfied with my service, and the friendly assistants in store. I upgraded to a smart tv in the bed I bought and I slightly over paid, as the current offer wasn’t applied, so I had to use the price promise to secure this back and this wasn’t as straight forward as I’d hoped that was the only reason for not giving highly satisfied.

Dreams fulfilled all my expectations regarding my visit and purchase. I personally wouldn't say with my demands, the staff did anything more than the norm for my demands and or experience. Excellent product knowledge and sales pitch is their job and I expected nothing less with my visit. This was my second bed/ mattress purchase from you within the last 10 years and you fulfilled competently, your side of the transaction.
