Assistance was a little slow in store. Store cleanliness was not good.

The only thing that could have improved our visit was to be first greeted in the store we had to find assistance (it was busy) and I expected this so it’s no big issue

Overall I was highly satisfied but this store did not typically stock what I was looking for. My concern would be, I have now purchased a mattress...the best you had to offer and I am only ‘hoping’ it is suitable but as I’d said to Craig the assistant there are only 2 possible options left available to me, both which are not what I want and I am tied into a sale of nearly £1000

Earliest delivery available was 5 weeks from purchase. I would have shopped else where if it wasn't for the fact that the sale was ending on the day of purchased, and the product i bought was such a great price. The staff were helpful but was left to my self for quite a while before being approached and asked if i needed any assistance, was also left waiting at the desk for a while once i had made my decision as there was no one visible on the shop floor.

Was a little disappointed I couldn’t get the item delivered to myself on a date that best suited me but apart from that I had a great shopping trip

Would have been nice to have an earlier Saturday delivery. But it's not a big deal.
