The price of a mattress is so expensive for working class customers this is very expensive

We spent nearly £1,900 pounds on a new bed frame and mattress, I was happy with the process overall but I must note my frustration that upon placing the order with Craig, everything was fine and he was helpful. I was advised I could spend £65 on bedding due to value we spent in store, so I picked four pillows which and still had money to spend up to the £65 but this wasn't offered and I wanted to get a new quilt at the same time, even if it would of been slightly more I would of been happy to pay the difference I just didn't get this option and feel like I have been short changed by the difference of the pillows to the £65 we could of spent extra considering how much money we spent in store this was a little disappointing. Other than that Craig was helpful and the experience was fine, but the above frustration did linger above the whole experience. If you could deliver a super king size quilt with our bed and mattress on 31st August 2019 that would be greatly appreciated.

The delivery too long and even longer if you were to collect

Long delay persuading bed analyser to work. I had to spend several minutes standing which, as I am disabled was uncomfortable.
