I was impressed by the electronic SleepMaster which identified the type of mattress required. It was true!

The sales team in the showroom greeted us as we entered the shop, they left us to browse at our leisure and were on hand if we needed help. Our sales consultant gave us really good and useful advise without pressure to purchase. Allan gave us the opportunity in trying the “ sleep match” which gave us better information and pointed us in the direction for the best mattress for our needs.

I cannot fault the staff during my visit I was well informed left to decide which mattress I preferred, will be definitely going back in to purchase a bed, the store colleague Kathryn made my visit relaxed and pleasant I felt no pressure to hurry up and decide.

Craig was great. He was very knowledgeable about the products and offered good advice and showed us all the different options available fir our requirements. At the same time he didn't come across as too pushy and gave us plenty of time to consider our purchase.
