We was told we had to pay the delivery charge of 39pounds. After looking online and speaking to customer services there was a free delivery option. We have since had this refunded.

I was not offered free delivery. When I enquired about delivery I was told there would be a charge. On the Internet there would not if it is just dropped off. This was not offered!

Due to the store being busy we had to wait a while for a salesperson to become available. Offer of a drink whilst waiting was appreciated.

Because we were told the items we wanted to order were awaiting a production date and we will be informed and kept updated by the member of staff as to when the date will become available. We did have a couple of phone calls over the space of a couple of months but we had to ring ourselves several times rather than a member of the dreams store ringing myself or my husband to let us know we could place the order.
