Unfortunately we wanted the Cooper ottoman bed as well as the matress with our purchase but unable due to none availability of bed.

The salesman added too much personal information to his sales pitch.

We was told we had to pay the delivery charge of 39pounds. After looking online and speaking to customer services there was a free delivery option. We have since had this refunded.

the service was good, speedy and efficient.

I was not offered free delivery. When I enquired about delivery I was told there would be a charge. On the Internet there would not if it is just dropped off. This was not offered!

Assistant new and needed some help from senior colleagues

Due to the store being busy we had to wait a while for a salesperson to become available. Offer of a drink whilst waiting was appreciated.

Because we were told the items we wanted to order were awaiting a production date and we will be informed and kept updated by the member of staff as to when the date will become available. We did have a couple of phone calls over the space of a couple of months but we had to ring ourselves several times rather than a member of the dreams store ringing myself or my husband to let us know we could place the order.
