Had to wait a while to be dealt with , only 2 desks but plenty of staff that could have got on with it if there was enough desks and computers

I was very satisfied with the customer service and level of knowledge of the staff. I did think due to spending nearly £1000 delivery should be free of charge. Time waiting for delivery was longer than expected. Overall though satisfied with price of products and quality of visit

Not sure why this question appeared, I was very satisfied: Staff were knowledgeable and available - there were lots of bed shops nearby that I could have purchased from but dreams had the best bed for me. Delivery was arranged to fit in with my busy schedule (although I thought delivery cost was high bearing in mind I spent over £2200!). The product was very expensive but time will tell if the price is justified. I will see over the next 10 years! As a result of the service and product, I took my mother to her local Dreams store and spent another £1000+ 2 weeks later! We didn't even bother going into the other bed shops.

I felt the appearance of the show room was lacking, it felt a bit bargain basement with expensive products. The sales staff must be on commission, found they were over keen to sell a product.

It was fine. The reason I was less than 100% satisfied is that the sales team took far too long to process our order as they were following some sort of sales script which required them to enquire about our health, occupations etc and share anecdotes which were totally unnecessary, in the belief that they were building rapport. When I buy a bed I don't want to hear about the sales peoples lives or share details of mine. This added at least 30 minutes onto what would have been a quick sale because we knew what we wanted.

the experience at the store was fine i was a bit shocked to find on the bill that you charge for delivery it wasnt a cheap item we bought and i fell that on products of this kind of value you should give free delivery
