We were well pleased with the ability and knowledge of the sales person, however as to being highly satisfied; this will not be apparent until we have tried the mattress in our home and for some time.

The main reason I have not highlighted highly satisfied is the long lead-in time to delivery. We understand that our chosen product is not available "0ff the shelf" but we think a six-weeks wait is a little excessive. As we have not yet received the product we are unable to say if we are satisfied with it or not. The second point, having thought about it, is I think the delivery and removal costs of almost £80 is excessive but as I am disabled I am unable to physically remove the existing mattress myself and was therefore left with no option but to pay the sum required. The store staff were very knowledgeable and gave me confidence in my purchase and fully explained all of the options available.

I never when asked in reviews score a maximum unless the service is absolutely first class, unfortunately a couple of errors were made with my order, one I was not given a unique code to apply for a free travel pillow (and I am told the promotion is now closed) and two I was given 2 desperate invoices and the number given on the card was the lower costing hence if I should win I would only receive substantially less than my purchase is worth.

I was satisfied and everything was fine. Good customer service from the sales assistance. I chose Dreams on a recommendation and I'm glad I made the choice to take up that recommendation.

I was satisfied...the colleague who served me was excellent, other colleagues appeared quite casual in their nature sat looking at mobile phones on adjacent desk. Dave (who served me) was excellent, but I feel the people around him could give a more professional impression...work to do. So satisfied, not highly

Items do appear more expensive than online when I checked after my visit. Even on your own website.
