The gentleman who looked after us was pleasant, however i very nearly at one stage walked out the shop as he gave his colleague the look as if we were messing him about !! When we agreed to purchase x2 beds he didn’t offer us a seat or walk us over to his desk . We were just stood about until he asked us a question still didn’t offer us a seat . I am a retail manager for a high street brand and my team thrive on excellent customer service , and I feel some training on customer care should be given . We spent nearly £2k and it was a big decision as we wanted to make the right decision I just felt he wasn’t very patient with us .

Happy with everything except £39 delivery is ridiculous! these days you can buy something from another country with free delivery. And there is no other option available it's either pay the money or don't buy the items.

The salesman took the money claiming the item was in stock but then found out it wasn't. I didn't get an apology or a discount for taking an unpacked and not a brand new item instead.

They took my money for the mattress which was said to be in stock, and only once I'd paid I was told that it was out of stock. I was offered a king size mattress which is ridiculous because I have a double size bed. We were desperate for a new mattress and so we had to take one mattress which was open in the back propped up against a wall! We weren't offered a discount despite it not being 100% new. I had to help the guy tie the mattress and wrap it in plastic so that I could take it home without destroying it. At no point did I get an apology for the inconvenience or the mistake.

We visited the Hull Dreams store and purchased a double bed and mattress to the value of £1100. The PC systems crashed and the shop was waiting a considerable amount of time while the systems attempted to be rebooted. we were part way through the transaction. After waiting 30 minutes we were told that no computers were working and that worldpay could not be established so no deposit payment could be made. We were asked to leave as there was nothing else to be done but were reassured that nothing would change on our order or delivery date. Despite this order being written correctly when we got email confirmation the item was incorrect and the colour was incorrect. I had to phone the store again to ask them to take our deposit payment and to get them to change the order to the correct item. This took 25 minutes on the phone due to systems being slow again. We were assured this was done and that the delivery date would not be affected. Ten minutes after we received another call to state that the delivery date could not be honoured and we would be waiting a further week.
