Delivery was on-time and on the day arranged (tuesday 3rd oct), however the delivery staff managed to break the lamp shade whilst delivering the mattress upstairs. I will be emailing the photo and phoning the store to complain tomorrow (4th oct).

I was not happy with the unprofessional staff and not one staff member offered me help during my shop when I was browsing the beds. No sales at all. I did purchase a bed but I wasn’t happy with the lack of help I received, after hinting for help numerous I physically had to approach a staff member and ask to buy a bed.

After a visit to the store several days before, the rquired item had been selected with a helpful assistant, but on return for the purchase three of the assistants sat chatting . when asked for assistance to verify the product, and make the purchase, we were passed by the 2 male assistants , down the line until finally the younger female member condescended to come along and search for the correct product. when asked if this was the correct model , we were told yes but probably a different colour and style to the one previously selected as they were moved around because of the sale. but not to worry the correct one would be ordered...

We paid £799 for a bed,when I showed my daughter the bed onlinethe next day it was £160 cheaper,the shop assistant should of told us

WENT INTO YOUR HULL STORE TODAY ,WAS LEFT ALONE TO BROWSE WHICH I LIKED .THEN ROBIN CAME OVER TO SEE IF WE WERE OK .WE ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT THE PRODUCTS, HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE. HE SHOWED US DIFFERENT TYPES OF MATTRESSES FOR US TO TRY . THEN LET US LOOK ON OUR OWN AGAIN .WHEN WE HAD MADE OUR DECISION HE LOOKED AFTER US .HE EVEN OFFERED US DRINKS. HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING ALL THE WAY THROUGH THE PURCHASE. WE ALSO HAD A GOOD FEW CHOICES FOR DELIVERY. VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Order not placed on lorry, hence delivery date not met. Having taken time off work to dismantle old bed etc now got a week just led on mattress.
