The staff was great

The sales people in the store were really helpful. They gave us all the help we needed and also gave us the space to just look around and make a decission. The prices are really good and the quick delivery time of our bed was fantastic.

It`s been a while since we shopped for a new bed so we took to the internet to see what was out there, having looked at some sites we kept coming back to Dreams. This was an easy site to use with plenty of choice and information, through a process of elimination we narrowed our search down but was still undecided so our first choice was to go to our local Dreams store to see the choice for real. There was hand sanitiser as we entered the store and was welcomed by staff with offer of help if we needed it. It was soon apparent we needed some help which was quickly met with plenty of product knowledge.

We visited the store in St Andrews Quay in Hull. Unfortunately I didn’t get the lady’s name who served us but she was extremely helpful. It was a stress-free shopping experience and we didn’t feel pressured to buy anything. We did purchase a new bed which we really loved. She made the shopping experience good for me and my partner.

We came to look on the Friday and spoke to Lady called Kathryn, she so helpful? Putting us on the sleep matcher then showed us around to test the beds we were matched with. Her knowledge was fantastic. Explained everything in detail. We went to think about it, came back the following day and spoke to Gemma who just as helpful. Assisted with placing the order and putting the finance in.

Members of staff were friendly well informed and patient with elderly parent whilst always making herfell at ease

Was able to look around with ease got the help when needed also got a bottle of water which was very welcomed

The sales person James was extremely knowledgeable, very helpful and professional. Made our visit easy and stress free and helped us find the perfect bed and mattress.
