The store was clean, the salespeople were very helpful and seemed to be knowledgable about the products, without being pushy. Originally we ordered the wrong colour of bed and headboard, but this was rectified the next day without any problems.

I was surprised at the range of mattresses on offer! The staff were helpful but unobtrusive, and then set up the test bed for us when they saw our indecision, which was great fun! They used disposable covers for the beds when we were trying them out and wiped everything down. Very reassuring. All in all, a very enjoyable experience and we got a great mattress!
