I had a quick look around and got approached by Gemma who asked if I'd like any assistance with anything, I said I was just looking around for now - she asked if I'd like a bottle of water as well. After having a try on a few mattresses and eventually getting to trying the TEMPUR range, trying one of the TEMPUR pillows also available, Gemma asked if slept on my back or my side before making a recommendation to try one of the softer pillows (which I definitely preferred) She answered a few of the questions I had about the financing like how long it can be done for before helpfully getting a quote printed off for the price of the bed frame I liked, a mattress I picked and the costs of assembly if I wanted it. She mentioned that the bed frame I was going on sale for 20% off tomorrow so rather than have to wait until tomorrow and do two orders, she offered to apply a balance to the order so I could claim it the next day. There isn't enough letters to describe my full experience but it definitely a pleasant one and I'll be returning for anything else like bedding and duvets. I also spoke to a gentleman who told me about the mattress as he had it personally but I didn't catch his name.
