We telephoned to make an appointment before visiting and were met promptly by the assistant at the appointed time

Came away with a great deal price wise and free pillows and duvet

Welcomed when entered the store & safety measures in place. Staff were able to direct me straight to the items I was looking for. Staff were on hand for assistance but not being pushy for a sale. Staff were able to give us fantastic info on product, comparisons, alternatives and delivery timescales. When we were unsure & returned after visiting other stores staff stayed a little longer to help us. Ordering was easy and friendly. We were able to select our preferred delivery date which was really flexible. We were offered numerous options in a convenient and non sales pitch manner.

The salesman knew his stuff and pointed us in the right direction. The bed was for my teenage son, he found the perfect bed including Bluetooth and assisted with finding the best mattress. We were able to lay on the mattress as well. Great price abs delivery in less than a week. Brilliant service and I will be coming back. Already recommended to others

Craig from the Hull Dreams was very helpful in showing us, and then purchasing the bed. Over in the Grimsby branch, the colleague there (sorry, I cannot remember his name), was also very helpful in helping us to identify a suitable mattress.

Gemma at the Hull st Andrew's store could not of any better. She was very helpful and went though different options with us. We came away feeling we had had a very good shopping experience. Our new mattress will be arriving this morning. Very happy. Thank you

From the moment I went into the shop, I was pleasantly greeted by the assistant (Allan). I explained that I wanted to look round and if I saw anything I wanted, I would go back to my car and bring my disabled wife in. His answer was no problem. I went for my wife, and Allan showed us the mattress that tested our sleeping positions. Then he took us to test 3 beds. No time were we put under pressure to buy the most expensive bed in the shop. No time limit. When we decided the bed we wanted, he took us slowly though the procedure of having it delivered. We bought some pillows, last night I used one of them and had the best nights sleep I have had for a long time, no pain in the neck this morning. Thanks to Allan and to Dreams.
