Good overall purchasing experience.

I bought a bed elsewhere online that turned out to be a nightmare! My mum offered to take me to dreams to actually LOOK at beds, we were greeted and asked if we needed help when we walked in and initially said no, as we walked around looking - I needed a small double and we must of looked confused as a gentleman named Allan came over and asked if we needed a hand, I said I need a small double with storage and Allan said bed frame or divan? I said bed frame preferably! He then led me around the store pointing out which they can do in small double and if it had drawers or ottoman style. He was SO helpful! I told him I didn’t want free standing legs really and he pointed out the best bed he thought I would like and I ended up buying it then and there! He told us no slats underneath, no legs, and the ottoman style was so easy which he taught me what to do etc. Really pleased with the bed and the experience and can not wait for it to arrive!

Your staff member went above and beyond.Iv never experienced anything like the helpfulness and professionalism that he showed us. Me and my partner both suffer lower back pain and to be able to use your amazing technology to find which mattress would be best suited to us was just mind blowing. To me a mattress is a long term investment so it needs to be right . We both came away feeling so happy that we knew we had purchased the right product for our personal needs.I can’t thank your staff at your Hull beach enough.

plenty of colleagues available to greet us but no hard sell. very knowledgeable and felt like james listened and heard. He offered us both a drink then left us to peruse. we used the sleepmatch machine and he then discussed our options. explained the mattresses and the pillows

Welcomed at the door by Craig. Went out of his way show us the selection and to explain detail. A good humoured professional who is a credit to Dreams. Never been in the store previously but after seeing local advertising decided to call. It was an absoolute pleasure to enter the building during this present circumsstances in the pandemic. Thanks

The staff member (Gemma) was very nice. She offered us a drink and provided us an automatic matching service through a machine we laid on. It was accurate, as the suggested beds were perfect for us.

Allan was a pleasure to deal with and made the mattress buying experience very easy.
