Kathryn was excellent. She was very helpful and attentive . She went out her way to find answers to our questions if she didn’t know the answers she would ask a colleague. She showed professionalism throughout our entire visit to the store

The whole visit for me and my wife went above and beyond what we expected, the sales person we spoke with (Allan at the St Andrews Quay branch in Hull) was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable on the mattresses and what may best suit our sleeping needs, he talked us through the available bed frames once we discussed what we were after and helped us find the right one in no time at all. We will definitely be revisiting Dreams to cater for our spare rooms and hopefully deal with Allan again!

The whole visit for me and my wife went above and beyond what we expected, the sales person we spoke with (Allan at the St Andrews Quay branch in Hull) was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable on the mattresses and what may best suit our sleeping needs, he talked us through the available bed frames once we discussed what we were after and helped us find the right one in no time at all. We will definitely be revisiting Dreams to cater for our spare rooms and hopefully deal with Allan again!

extremely happy with the service I received during my visit. the service was excellant and the salesman went to every length to find exactly what I was looking for and would definitely recommend the store and buy from there again

The sales assistant was very informative and patient whilst showing us around a variety of mattresses to trial & select from and we were told about the range of different manufacturing materials and methods used and why the quality & price of the products varied
