The service provided by Allan at the Hull St Andrews Quay store was excellent. We found him to be friendly and knowledgeable. His colleague was equally polite and friendly. We weren’t sure exactly what we wanted/needed, but Allan spent time discussing different mattress types and helping us to try different pillows etc without making us feel rushed or an inconvenience. He was able to advise on the best products to suit us, without being at all pushy - as some salesmen can be! The store was very clean and we felt secure in regards to the covid measures they have in place.

I didn't feel pressured to buy anything or a specific product. I could just walk around freely, look at what I liked and ask for assistance if I needed it. The staff were really friendly.
