The staff were very competent, knew the products inside out and were vety polite and courteous. The store was easy to navigate and clean and well presented. We were given as much time as we needed to browse under no pressure and was a very easy experience. Top marks to the store manager who served us, great at his job.

We were dealt with quickly and professionally by the team at the Dreams store in Hull. We managed to purchase exactly what we required and the member of staff was very knowledgeable and helpful about the products we required.

We already knew which item we wanted to purchase and the staff were very helpful in placing the order within 10 minutes of seeking assistance.
