We dealt with a salesman who was understanding, listened to us and gave us no pressure. We went to look one day and then returned 2 days later because of the salesman.

Really helpful service when we arrived in store but then left alone to browse and offered help again once we had had chance to do that. Really good knowledge of products from staff and made helpful recommendations.

I was extremely happy with the customer service, we were given help when we needed it but also the space to try different mattresses on our own. Craig was extremely helpful and knowledgable on our first visit which is what made us return to the store to buy. Dan the manager was also very friendly and helpful.
