I was extremely happy with the customer service, we were given help when we needed it but also the space to try different mattresses on our own. Craig was extremely helpful and knowledgable on our first visit which is what made us return to the store to buy. Dan the manager was also very friendly and helpful.

We were provided with excellent customer service by Dan & James. We were encouraged to use the mattress selector machine to find the best mattress for us and allowed to test each mattress that was suggested. They were both extremely knowledgeable about the mattresses and pillows.
