Allan was an extremely helpful member of staff who asked us all the right questions to help us find our dream bed. He went above and beyond to cater for our needs and made the whole experience extremely pleasant. He and the other staff on, where very professional, knowledgeable and helpful.

Dan asked if we needed assistance and spent time and effort explaining our options. He had excellent knowledge and he was the main reason we made the purchase.

The store colleague (Allan) wasn't overbearing. He greeted us on arrival, helped us find the product we were looking for and then left us to try them out for ourselves, only returning to us when we required further assistance he was there to help and guide us. Also appreciated the offer of the use of pillows and even a drink while we were making our purchase.
