The salesman was very knowledgeable about the mattresses and listened to my requirements. He let me test several mattresses to compare the products. In fact I have never been able to select anything in such a quick time. He made it so easy and completing the order was so simple. I was offered water or coffee and when I left the shop the other staff also said bye to me. I would definitely recommend this store to my family and friends.

We found the staff were excellent in delivering all the information we required and they were very knowledgable about the products in the store. We were treated with respect and the staff made us feel very welcome in the store. We were asked if we required any refreshments more than once Which is a nice touch. We would certainly be happy to use this store again in the future

From walking into the store until we left I was more than satisfied with our experience. The Staff were extremely helpful without being pushy. Once we decided on a bed the sales person was friendly and polite and the whole process was effortless and professional.

The assistant was very informative guiding to to suitable bed for our spleen pattern. He advised for us to use the bed simulator to find the correct type of bed and showed us which to look for! A drink was offered and pillow to try the styles recommended! He gave us plenty of time to make our decision
