From walking into the store until we left I was more than satisfied with our experience. The Staff were extremely helpful without being pushy. Once we decided on a bed the sales person was friendly and polite and the whole process was effortless and professional.

Allan couldnt have done more Discussed our needs for the bed as a couple of one hot one cold discussed budget and technical info about the bed sleeping positions the bed cover and pillows for the complete product, all while maintaining social distancing and being more then accommodating for my mother (84) providing seating while we testing tried and discussed options - Also after sales to advise depth of the mattress for the right fitting sheet - no pushy sales or BS honest thoughts and great discount.
