We were great by the sales assistant and she took us through the colour codes of the beds and what they meant. She also helped us with the match machine so we could find the right mattress for us. There was a sanitiser station on entry and even the staff were wearing masks (u don't see this in many stores). The beds were being sprayed when people had tested them which was good to see.
