Dan who served us today at St Andrews Quay Hull, was very knowledgeable regarding beds, he greeted us and after a short while, asked if he could help us . Dan was able to explain the differences in sprung mattresses , in order for us to have a balanced choice of mattress for our needs . We used the 'sleepmatch' machine to determine the best type of mattress for our needs and felt under no pressure to make a purchase . However , after listening to Dan , felt happy to proceed with a purchase and so ordered mattress, base, headboard and two pillows . He offered us a bottle of water each , which we kindly accepted . Thankyou Dan, looking forward to 26/10/20 when bed due for delivery . ( Dan also let us take the pillows home today )
