Great service, did not feel pressured to buy the most expensive bed/mattress, where greeted friendly on arrival, the sleep match system was explained and helped us to decide on our mattress, colleagues name was Dan who offered us lots of advice, and had a lot of knowledge on the mattress that would best suit us, we were offered drinks and discussed pillow options and protective mattress covers

Salesmen Dan and Alan were friendly and welcoming and after introducing themselves allowed us to shop without feeling pressured. We experienced the sleep match then tried it's suggestions. After having being informed of the products we tried we made our decision and were taken through the next steps. All products were cleaned before and after use.
