Store was well set up for the current pandemic, lots of bed choice, very knowledgeable and friendly sales assistant.

The assistant was helpful but not pushy in any way helpful but not insistent on us purchasing from the store made me feel relaxed and safe

Alan who we saw on both visits was extremely helpful. He totally understood our individual needs and provided an overall solution for us both. I was able to phone him for further support and again he was supportive. We felt under no pressure and the whole experience was perfect. We shopped around at competitors offering lower priced alternatives however, came back and made the purchase with Alan finding a suitable alternative matching our budget still providing what we wanted. The customer experience was what made our final decision feeling confident with our purchase due to the knowledge, support and helpfulness we received from Alan.
