The lady that took us around and showed us the beds and mattresses was very polite and caring not rushed into any choices.also explained all we needed to know about the right bed.very helpfull.in the end got a great bed and comfortable mattress even pillows.

When i first entered the store James greeted me and asked if there was anything he could help me with. At this point i wanted to look around for myself first so he told me to come back to him once i was done. I then came back to James for his help as i found a Base that i liked but needed help with a mattress. I then explained that i bought a bed and mattress 2 years ago but wasn't finding it comfy so he suggested i lay on the sleep match machine which showed that i needed a firm/very firm mattress. He was very patient showing me the different mattresses and didnt rush me at all, he asked my budget and tried to find products within that range, although it was a challenge as i wanted a superking! He gave me a pillow to try the different beds with and this made a big difference to my sleep position and i ended up purchasing two of them as they were really comfy and would keep me cool in the night. Once i had settled on a mattress we sat down and he offered me a bottle of water which was very much appreciated as it was warm and he quoted me for the bed, i went through with the purchase and he explained everything in detail. He is an asset to the team
