The sales person was very helpful and went into detail about the different type of mattresses, he offered us bottles of water, which we found very nice.he( alan) was very good we also got the bedcover, pillows on discount . We also purchased the 8yr guarantee. All in all if we need anything else we shall certainly go back. Very happy.

The guy (I forget his name) listened. Was friendly. Give us information on a variety of items which where the same or similar to the higher priced items. He explained the differences answered our questions and also respected our privacy to chat the whole thing over. Offered us water whilst we made our decision. And then changed a few things and added a few things to make the perfect package for us to fit our needs. All in all he was the perfect salesman. Not to overly pushy and very patient. Would defo return just because of this service we got alone.
