Gemma the lady who helped us was friendly, professional and her knowlege and efficiency was excellent.

The guy (I forget his name) listened. Was friendly. Give us information on a variety of items which where the same or similar to the higher priced items. He explained the differences answered our questions and also respected our privacy to chat the whole thing over. Offered us water whilst we made our decision. And then changed a few things and added a few things to make the perfect package for us to fit our needs. All in all he was the perfect salesman. Not to overly pushy and very patient. Would defo return just because of this service we got alone.

Greig welcome me on entrance to Hull store.He polite energetic helpful asking how he could assist me. Explained looking single bed for my mum who 87 years old.I had my face mask on my mum in the car she forgot bring her mask I explained this to graig.Grsig said this no promblems store had supply mask at store entrance for customer so Mum came in with me Greig showed me range of beds.Graig showed us bed we bought that on special promotion which saved us considerable amount of money obviously quality product tailored to my mother need.Graig gave all details on printout size cost extra etc.we went home check measurements. We returned next day daw Greig ordered paid for bed.We really pleased customer service and administration. We have had customer satisfaction

Nothing was too much trouble.We were able to try many mattresses, and were not hurried or pushed into making a purchase. the salesman Allen was most attentive to our needs
