This was the first shop my wife and I have been in since lockdown began in March. We entered the shop, it was quiet, clean and sanitiser gel was readily and easily available. After a minute or two Alan (the member of staff working) asked us if we needed help or assistance. We accepted and he helped us find the right mattress for us, he took time to understand our needs and budget without being pushy and when it came to a choice of mattresses he didn't push the expensive one, instead helped us to make a decision that was right for us.

The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. There was a very good range of mattresses, which I was shopping for. I thought the scientific test to see which mattress was right for specific customers was a good idea and saved time trying out unsuitable mattresses.
