Very helpful considering the pandemic

Was assisted by James in the Hull Dreams store. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the products and was able to give us appropriate advice. My sister and I were then given time to look at and assess the suitability of items. James then helped with choosing a headboard and gave us details of how to order. I rang through the order later in the day and spoke to James and he took my order efficiently and was extremely pleasant. An email came through within a short time giving confirmation of my order.

The assistant in the shop was extremely helpful, after we want on the automatic comfort net thingy he showed us exactly what we needed and after trying a few we made our decision. We needed the mattress delivering on a specific day next month and he managed to cater for that no problem.

Very welcome on arrival, fully informed of products, enjoyed the "test bed" experience. (Sleepmatch) Offered the trial of matching pillow accompanying said mattress and purchased said pillows. Offered a drink whilst sorting the business end. All in all an enjoyable experience.
