Looked on the website beforehand and knew what frame we wanted. Wasn’t sure on the mattress. Attended the store and was helped by Gemma who showed us our options and understood our budget and needs to help us decide what we wanted.

Sales person was attentive but not in your face Happy to use the Dream works machine, and then the sales associate showed us all the mattresses personally and in addition one that wasnt on the list - this happened to be the one that we bought The actual sales part was painless and he didn't force on further options, but offered them in a way that we didn't feel pressured.
